Job summary

community-phone-careers is seeking a founding recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering/product, and operations. You will build the recruiting operating system from scratch, including ATS, interview loops, and scorecards, while partnering with the CEO/COO on role scope and hiring bar.

You will be evaluated on independent judgment, sourcing excellence, and data-driven decisions as we scale the function and shape our candidate experience and employer brand.

Qualifications

• Independent, evidence-based candidate judgment.
• Sourcing alpha and conversations with great people who might not apply through LinkedIn.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience at an early-stage or fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering/product, and ops.
• Build the recruiting operating system: ATS, interview structure, scorecards.
• Partner with the CEO/COO and hiring managers on role scoping and hiring bar.
• Develop hiring metrics that actually inform decisions, not vanity throughput numbers.
