You’ll run full-cycle recruiting, develop the core recruiting toolkit, and partner with leadership to scale the company as it grows in healthcare tech. This is a rare chance to create a lasting talent engine with a market-leading founder.

• Strong sourcer who can find and engage passive candidates.
• Sharp judgment to evaluate talent and push back when needed.
• Ability to own and operate high-volume searches across multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Own talent from day one and build the business-side recruiting function.
• Learn directly from the CEO and shape hiring at all levels.
• Recruit for Implementation, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Business Operations, Healthcare SME, and Clinical Operations.
• Build core recruiting kit: intake templates, screening guides, outreach templates, and a robust close process.
• Run full-cycle recruiting with hands-on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
