Job summary

Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment in Manassas, VA is seeking a Founding Recruiter to act as a one-person talent acquisition engine. You will own recruiting across the entire organization—from machine operators to C-level executives—with direct reporting to the CEO and a plan to build and lead an internal recruiting team.

You will partner with the CEO and department heads to forecast hiring needs, shape job requirements, and establish competitive compensation ranges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple levels and functions.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, dietary supplements, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to build recruiting processes and scalable systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruiting process from requisition to offer for all departments.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates from hourly to C-suite levels.
• Develop internship and workforce programs with local colleges and institutions.
• Implement and optimize ATS and create standard interviewing, hiring, and onboarding SOPs.
• Forecast hiring needs with leadership and define competitive compensation ranges.
• Build Pronto's employer brand to attract top manufacturing talent.
• Recruit, train, and scale a recruiting team to support rapid growth.
• Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and specialized headhunters.
