Job summary

Conversion is looking for an in-person Sourcing Lead who will own the entire sourcing function, partnering directly with founders and hiring managers to attract top GTM and technical talent. You will shape processes, systems, and candidate experience to support rapid growth and high-quality hires.

You will source using Juicebox, LinkedIn, and other tools, build robust pipelines, and advise on compensation strategy based on market insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sourcing experience across technical and business roles
• Expert in message sequences to engage passive candidates
• Experience with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Harmonic)
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, GPT) to augment sourcing automation
• Excellent written communication for outreach to passive candidates
• Bonus: experience at a high-growth startup and building a recruiting playbook

Responsibilities

• Own all things sourcing for open roles in GTM and technical areas
• Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and keep pipelines full
• Iterate on recruiting infrastructure: pipelines, ATS hygiene, and interview processes
• Use data and market insights to advise on compensation, pacing, and focus areas for sourcing
