Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks a Founding General Manager to lead a new studio from ground up, partnering with ownership to recruit and train the team, create local buzz, and establish operational excellence. After opening, you’ll run daily operations, grow memberships, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional client experience while maintaining hands-on studio presence.

This role requires strong leadership, sales drive, community building, and the ability to deliver a launch on time with a high standard

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness.
• Proven track record in building and leading teams across locations.
• Strong sales instincts with revenue targets experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute local grassroots marketing initiatives prior to opening.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Lead onboarding and training for founding team.
• Develop schedules, staffing plans, and SOPs.
• Drive founding membership sales and pre-sale campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and launch readiness metrics.
