JETSET Pilates is launching a new studio in Ashburn, VA, and seeks a Founding General Manager to lead the startup and transition into ongoing operations focused on growth, service excellence, and community engagement. You will recruit and develop a founding team, build processes, and drive pre-sale momentum.

As the studio opens, you’ll oversee daily operations, membership growth, and team development, maintaining a hands-on presence and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness or luxury service.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams across locations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative.
• Strong sales targets and coaching experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on fitness instruction or coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening and launch, recruit and develop founding team.
• Build schedules, staffing, and operational standards.
• Drive membership growth and revenue through pre-sale campaigns.
• Partner with ownership on launch readiness and KPIs.
• Cultivate community partnerships and events.
• Maintain exceptional client experience.
