Good Earth Markets is opening a new store in St. George, UT, and seeks a Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations. You will recruit and develop the team, implement store processes, and drive an exceptional customer experience aligned with our wellness focus.

The role emphasizes leadership, hiring, scheduling, inventory control, and community engagement as you help bring Good Earth Markets to Southern Utah.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Experience hiring and developing employees is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and operational oversight.
• Passion for customer service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing store team.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, inventory control, product freshness, and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Develop employee schedules and effectively manage labor expenses.
• Foster strong relationships with the St. George community.
• Partner with leadership through pre-opening, grand opening, and ongoing operation of the store.
