Good Earth Markets is opening a new store in St. George, UT, and seeks a Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations. You will recruit and develop the team, implement store processes, and drive an exceptional customer experience aligned with our wellness focus.

The role emphasizes leadership, hiring, scheduling, inventory control, and community engagement as you help bring Good Earth Markets to Southern Utah.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Experience hiring and developing employees is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and operational oversight.
• Passion for customer service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing store team.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, inventory control, product freshness, and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

Good Earth Markets is preparing to open our newest location in St. George in late 2026 and we're looking for the right Store Manager now. Rather than stepping into an already established operation, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside company leadership throughout the planning and preparation process. The selected candidate may begin employment prior to the store opening, helping to recruit and develop the team, prepare operational processes, and play a key role in bringing Good Earth Markets to Southern Utah.

Job Purpose

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team development, customer experience, sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This individual will serve as the face of Good Earth Markets in the St. George community while building a high-performance team dedicated to helping customers improve their health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance
• Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing store team
