You'll partner with company leadership during pre-opening, recruit and train staff, optimize scheduling, merchandising, and inventory, and build strong ties with the local community. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Experience hiring and developing employees is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing store team.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, inventory management, product freshness, and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Develop employee schedules and manage labor expenses.
• Foster relationships with the St. George community and local partners.
• Collaborate with company leadership through pre-opening, grand opening, and ongoing operation.
