Good Earth Markets in St. George is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive customer experience, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to health and wellness.

You'll partner with company leadership during pre-opening, recruit and train staff, optimize scheduling, merchandising, and inventory, and build strong ties with the local community. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of 75,000–90,000 USD DOE, plus medical/dental/vision, an HSA match, PTO, employee

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Experience hiring and developing employees is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong financial performance.
