Good Earth Markets in American Fork, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to support the store manager by leading the team across shifts and ensuring outstanding customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to policies.

This role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining store standards, handling POS operations, and promoting a friendly, health-minded shopping environment. Part-time or Full-time with 29–40 hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to assist store manager in all store functions with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in standing long hours, light lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager and guide team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist team in completing responsibilities accurately and efficiently in any department.
• Maintain scheduling awareness, theft prevention, and shrink reduction.
• Complete merchandising tasks to ensure product availability and freshness.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform light janitorial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with genuine compassion and a desire to help people.
