Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness, nutrition, supplements, and natural living.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability and desire to learn about vitamins, minerals, herbs and sports nutrition.
• Ability to work with compassion and empathy with customers seeking wellness support.
• Dependable and self motivated with a team mindset.
• Flexibility to assist in multiple store areas including cashiering, stocking and facing.
• Ability to stand for long periods with repetitive bending/lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting supplements, vitamins and wellness products.
• Build and maintain knowledge of natural health products through ongoing education.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service that enhances the shopping experience.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, merchandising and other wellness department tasks.
• Support other store areas (cashiering, stock, facing) as needed.
• Perform light janitorial and housekeeping duties as required.
