Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Financial services experience in wealth management or investment advisory preferred.
• Experience with AI tooling, models, harnesses, and workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build 0-to-1 products from first principles.
• Expertise with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience across full user journeys and business goals, integrating best solutions into a cohesive platform.
• Collaborate with clients, advisors, and colleagues to identify high-value opportunities and advocate for the best experience.
• Establish foundational engineering principles and product strategy guiding platform architecture, data, and user experiences.
• Work on cutting-edge applied AI, spanning harness, context, memory, evals, agents, and models.
