Job summary

Cerity Partners is building the Innovation Team to deploy AI-enabled wealth management solutions for tens of thousands of clients. The founding PM will influence architecture, design, data, product, and business strategy while shipping 0-to-1 products and scaling them post-launch.

You will work directly with Will Peng, CIO, and help define systems and processes that improve client and advisor experiences across the firm.

Qualifications

• Years of experience: Minimum of 6 years in financial services or wealth management.
• Experience with AI tooling, models, harnesses, workflows.
• Expertise with Claude Code, Codex, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience: The Innovation Team is highly autonomous, and you will be responsible for full user journeys and business goals, not just a silo.
• Build in partnership with clients, advisors, and colleagues: Identify high value opportunities, understand their needs, map workflows, test prototypes and hypotheses.
• Establish foundational product strategy and process: The decisions you make will be the foundation of our product, client experience, advisor experience, and colleague experience.
• Build at the cutting edge of applied AI: Work across every part of the AI stack, harness, context, memory, evals, agents, models, workflows, data.
