Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a technically exceptional Founding Engineer to join an early-stage AI-native supply chain platform team. You will solve complex engineering problems, work directly with customers, and influence technical direction and culture from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of software engineering experience, strong CS fundamentals, and experience with large-scale data or complex systems. On-site in San Francisco, CA is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals and software engineering ability.
• Experience with complex systems, distributed systems, or large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical problem areas from architecture through implementation.
• Design and build distributed systems, durable execution platforms, and scalable data solutions.
• Develop AI-driven capabilities including entity resolution, product matching, RAG-based substitutions, and pricing discovery.
• Work with large-scale, real-world data to automate workflows and improve operations.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business challenges and translate feedback into technical solutions.
• Build and improve core AI and engineering infrastructure with modern technologies.
• Work across product and engineering to solve ambiguous problems with minimal direction.
• Help establish engineering standards, direction, and culture as an early team member.
