Job summary

Cerit y Partners is seeking a founding product designer for the Innovation Team to own end-to-end user journeys, shape product strategy, and build the new OS of wealth intelligence. You will work directly with the Chief Innovation Officer to craft the design language, drive AI-enabled experiences, and ship scalable solutions for tens of thousands of clients.

The role emphasizes 0-to-1 product creation, collaboration with clients and colleagues, and defining the standards for design across Cerity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in related roles.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus.
• Experience with AI tooling, models, harnesses, workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build 0-to-1 products from first principles.
• Proficiency with Figma and AI-related tooling (Claude Code, Codex).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end user journeys and business goals for the Innovation Team.
• Build in partnership with clients, advisors, and colleagues, mapping workflows and testing hypotheses.
• Define foundational product strategy and user experience to support the client and advisor journey.
• Work across the AI stack (harness, context, memory, evals, agents, models).
• Define design standards and create cohesive visual language and interaction models.
