Job summary

Abode La, LLC seeks a Founding Senior Operations Manager – Launch to architect and scale core operations for new markets and services. This fully remote role leads workflows, SOPs, and launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and vendors to ensure efficient delivery and high service quality.

You will partner with leadership, monitor metrics, implement tools, and drive continuous improvement while shaping long-term operational stability and growth for the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, program or project management, and process design in a growing or startup environment.
• Strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience setting up workflows, procedures and tools to support remote teams and scalable operations.
• Comfort with data, metrics and reporting to track performance and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and take ownership of outcomes.
• Background in real estate operations, property management, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Real Estate or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with modern productivity and collaboration tools (PM platforms, CRM, cloud docs).
• Commitment to inclusive, ethical and customer-focused practices with continuous improvement mindset.
