Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to partner with the Founder on high-priority initiatives. You will turn ambiguity into clear plans, drive execution across teams, and protect leadership time with a structured, owner’s mindset.

You will own cross-functional delivery, run the Founder’s operating rhythm, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles.
• Led complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build briefs, plans and operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional initiatives from Founder’s agenda end to end.
• Define objectives, owners, timelines and success metrics.
• Run the Office of the Founder: weekly priorities and decision logs.
• Conduct market scans, competitive reviews and financial analysis.
• Prepare briefing materials and investor updates.
• Identify risks, propose solutions and remove blockers.
• Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards.
• Utilize AI to enhance research, analysis and automation.
