Job summary

Abode is seeking a data-driven operator to own initiatives that connect our partners, Ops, and Engineering. You will scope complex workflows, design tests, and deliver end‑to‑end projects that scale across counties and product lines.

You will work in Austin, in person 4 days a week, and collaborate with leadership to decide what to build next. Candidates typically have 3–5 years in operations, strategy, or partnerships and are comfortable with data, dashboards and basic SQL.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in operations, strategy, consulting, partnerships or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Scope the work by turning problems from Ops, CX, Growth or partners into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Test before you scale with small pilots and define success metrics.
• Own workstreams end to end from research to launch and results.
• Manage partners with regular check-ins and clear communication.
• Launch, measure and iterate and write docs and SOPs for next versions.
