This fully remote role leads workflows, SOPs, and launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and vendors to ensure efficient delivery and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, program or project management, and process design in a growing or startup environment.

• Experience setting up workflows, procedures and tools to support remote teams and scalable operations.
• Comfort with data, metrics and reporting to track performance and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and take ownership of outcomes.
• Background in real estate operations, property management, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Real Estate or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with modern productivity and collaboration tools (PM platforms, CRM, cloud docs).

Role Description

The Founding Senior Operations Manager – Launch is a full-time remote role responsible for building and overseeing core operational processes as the company scales. This role leads day-to-day operations, including designing workflows, standard operating procedures, and launch plans for new markets, services, or properties. The individual will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure smooth communication between leadership, internal teams, and external partners. Responsibilities include implementing tools and systems, monitoring operational metrics, resolving issues, and continuously improving efficiency and service quality. This position is expected to act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights, reports, and recommendations to support growth and long-term operational stability.
