Job summary

Oodle.ai is seeking a Founding SDR to build our outbound engine from scratch, targeting SRE, DevOps, and platform teams. You will run high-volume outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls to book qualified meetings and generate real pipeline.

Ideal candidates have early-stage startup experience, strong outbound skills, and a desire to own and scale GTM efforts. You’ll work five days a week from the office and collaborate closely with the CEO and founding team.

Qualifications

• Early-stage startup experience (Seed/Series A).
• Experience selling infra/devtools to technical buyers.
• Entrepreneurial drive with high initiative.
• Strong outbound fundamentals and high activity.
• High ownership, urgency and consistency.
• Willingness to commute to office 5 days a week.
• Ability to learn quickly, iterate, and adapt messaging.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into target engineering and platform roles.
• Execute high-volume outbound via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Book qualified meetings and build real pipeline.
• Learn product deeply and refine messaging weekly.
• Create sequences, talk tracks, and an SDR playbook.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and founding team.
