Job summary

Closr, an early-stage AI startup in San Mateo, seeks its founding SDR to build the outbound motion from the ground up and report directly to the founder and CEO.

Day-to-day includes deep account research and multi-channel outreach to engineering leadership at B2B SaaS companies, aiming for 10+ qualified meetings per month, with inbound support and a fast path to AE through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years outbound SDR experience at a technical product company: dev tools, infrastructure, observability, data, security, or API platforms
• Documented prospecting into engineering buyers, not IT procurement
• Comfortable holding real conversations with CTOs about a technical product
• US citizen or Green Card holder; no sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep account research and multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engineering leadership at B2B SaaS companies
• Target is 10+ qualified meetings a month; work inbound and warm leads
• Help founders build the outbound motion and playbook from day one
