Job summary

TalentPluto partners with a venture-backed AI infrastructure startup in San Francisco to hire an outbound SDR. You will own the top-of-funnel pipeline, build sequences, and drive high-volume outreach via calls and emails to book meetings with target accounts.

You’ll work directly with product and compute decision makers, shaping positioning and messaging as the early outbound function scales in a fast-paced, onsite startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role, ideally at an early-stage company.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound including cold calling.
• Able to build process rather than follow a playbook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work onsite in San Francisco at startup pace.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation end to end.
• Build and iterate outbound sequences, target lists and account plans from scratch.
• Run high-volume outbound across calls and email against a clear meetings target.
• Qualify inbound and outbound interest and hand off to sales.
• Feed market signals back into positioning and messaging.
• Help stand up the tooling and process an outbound function needs.
