Job summary

Mastra is seeking a founding sales counterpart for the US remote market. You will own the full sales cycle for Mastra Platform, Agent Builder, and Concierge offerings, engaging engineering leaders and transforming use cases into scalable solutions.

This is a founding role with a fast-moving product and weekly product updates. You should bring proven DevTools/OSS/infra/AI deal experience, a founder mindset, and comfort selling a product that ships new features weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing full-cycle deals in developer tools, OSS, infra or AI.
• Ability to articulate technical use cases to engineering leaders.
• Founder mindset and entrepreneurial DNA are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mastra Platform, Studio, Server, and related offerings to mid-market accounts.
• Engage with engineering leaders, understand use cases, and scope solutions.
• Maintain a warm pipeline and close deals in a dynamic, weekly-evolving product environment.
