We are a fully remote team, with most members working across North American and European time zones. We are looking for sellers who can navigate a fast-moving product, engage startup customers with typical $5K–$10K deals, and adapt to evolving features such as trace intelligence and agent learning.

Qualifications

• Understand how Mastra open-source developer framework works and speak to use cases and challenges.
• Comfort with ambiguity and constant change.
• Experience in dev tools, OSS, infra, or AI sales is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mastra Platform and Concierge services to startups and enterprise interests.
• Adapt and improve the sales process; accelerate pipeline.
• Lead initial discovery calls and guide prospects through procurement.
• Aim to close enterprise licenses; hit weekly/daily targets.
