Job summary

BranchLab is seeking a Founding Recruiter to own hiring for technical and business teams in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. You will partner with hiring managers, source and assess top candidates, and deliver a respectful candidate experience across Boulder, CO or New York City, NY.

You will build repeatable recruiting practices, manage the ATS, and drive process improvements to scale BranchLab’s hiring as we grow our mission-driven platform Pathwai™.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record recruiting across tech and business roles.
• Strong sourcing with personalized outreach.
• Ability to assess candidates and close offers.
• Familiarity with structured interviews and analytics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining pipeline data.
• Comfort building processes in a fast-growing startup.
• Experience in early-stage recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to set priorities and evaluation criteria.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines through outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and keep processes timely and transparent.
• Develop interview plans, scorecards, and hiring guidance.
• Maintain ATS and analyze pipeline data to improve results.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation expectations, and opportunities.
• Speak to BranchLab's mission and culture to attract candidates.
