BranchLab is seeking a Founding Recruiter to own hiring for technical and business teams in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. You will partner with hiring managers, source and assess top candidates, and deliver a respectful candidate experience across Boulder, CO or New York City, NY.
You will build repeatable recruiting practices, manage the ATS, and drive process improvements to scale BranchLab’s hiring as we grow our mission-driven platform Pathwai™.

As our Founding Recruiter, you will own hiring for technical (engineering, data science, product) and business (sales, client success, marketing, etc.) teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand what each role needs, find and engage strong candidates, and give every applicant a clear, respectful experience. You will source, assess, and close strong candidates while building best-in-class, repeatable recruiting practices with hiring managers.
