Job summary

Airbase is hiring its first recruiting hire to build the hiring engine from the ground up. You will set up ATS, interview scoring, and reporting, and run full-cycle searches across engineering, spectrum, and GTM teams.

You will also contribute to People Ops, onboarding, and employer branding, representing Airbase at events. Equity is offered in this early-stage startup, with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring technical roles, especially software engineers.
• Hands-on ATS management and data-driven recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the recruiting function from ground up, including ATS, scoring, and reporting.
• Run full-cycle recruiting across engineering, spectrum, and GTM roles, managing offers and closing.
• Source proactively for hard-to-find candidates and deliver a fast, high-touch candidate experience.
• Partner with founders on compensation, equity, and onboarding processes.
• Support People Ops, onboarding, and employer branding activities.
