Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Manager for our upcoming Raleigh outpatient SUD treatment center. The role oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, and clinical workflow, with a focus on low-barrier, non-punitive care and strong organizational growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in outpatient behavioral health, experience building or scaling a clinic, and direct OTP experience is preferred. Competitive salary with a 10% bonus program.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in outpatient behavioral health or SUD clinic operations.
• Experience with harm-reduction, non-punitive care models.
• Experience using dashboards and EHR reporting to track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring high-quality care, team morale, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own the clinic's P&L, managing budgets, revenue, and expenses to drive growth.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and talent development to sustain a high-performing team.
