Job summary

Clera is a founding real estate tech startup in New York seeking a self-starting sales hire to build the revenue engine from the ground up. You will prospect, qualify, and close subscription deals while shaping the GTM strategy with the founding team.

The role is commission-only with a 25% recurring commission on monthly subscription revenue, offering long-term upside and a path into sales leadership as the company scales. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of real estate sales experience.
• Experience cold calling with high-volume outreach.
• Familiar with CRMs, dialers, automation tools, or AI sales software.
• Interest in learning and selling AI-powered tech.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify real estate agents and brokerages via cold calls.
• Close new subscription deals and handle objections with real estate knowledge.
• Collaborate with founders to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
• Identify gaps in sales processes and help build scalable systems.
• Provide market insights to inform product and GTM decisions.
