Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking the first sales hire for a founder-led proptech startup in the US. You will build the revenue engine from scratch, closing subscription deals and shaping processes that scale with the company.

You’ll collaborate with the founding team on messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategy, bringing real estate sales experience and a passion for AI-powered technology to a growth-stage environment.

Qualifications

At least one year of real estate sales or sales to real estate professionals.
Experience with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
Familiarity with CRM, dialer, and automation tools.
Comfort with learning and selling AI-powered tech products.
Interest in building repeatable, scalable sales processes.
Experience in early-stage startups or small teams a plus.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify real estate agents, brokerages, and teams through high-volume calls.
Close new subscription deals and handle objections using real estate knowledge.
Collaborate with founders to refine scripts and messaging based on market feedback.
Identify gaps in sales processes and help build scalable systems and workflows.
Feed market insights back to inform product and GTM decisions.
