Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a founding product marketer for its B2B AI planning platform, reporting to the CMO, to shape messaging for enterprise buyers and improve the sales process. This role involves turning customer feedback and product strengths into clear messaging and credible content.

You will own positioning, translate messaging into web pages and customer stories, collaborate on campaigns, and lead sales enablement.

Qualifications

Six to eleven years of B2B product marketing experience, including enterprise software.
Experience launching products and developing publicly available messaging, such as web pages or product documentation.
A public example of product marketing work, such as a webpage or product document.
Background in high-growth enterprise AI companies is relevant, along with familiarity with generative AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve productivity.
Ability to contribute as a hands-on marketer, beyond people management, and willingness to travel up to 15%.
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Develop positioning and messaging for the platform, beginning with demand planning.
Translate messaging into web pages, solution briefs, customer stories, and other marketing content.
Partner with demand generation to provide campaign content, customer stories, and proof points.
Lead sales enablement to help sellers communicate product value and advance deals.
Run product launches and establish a repeatable launch process as an individual contributor.
