Job summary

Vooma, Inc. is seeking a founding product marketer to shape our messaging and GTM for a freight AI platform in the US. You will own positioning, launches, and sales enablement, reporting to the CEO.

This generalist PMM role spans content, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration with product and engineering to translate technology into customer value, while you build the marketing engine as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Real B2B product marketing experience owning positioning, launches and sales enablement.
• Track record marketing to real-world non-Silicon-Valley audiences.
• Sharp writer and storyteller.
• Strong product instincts and attention to detail.
• Hustle and ownership, able to move mountains.
• Comfort with ambiguity as the first PMM with no playbook to inherit.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for the company and product.
• Drive product launches end-to-end with naming, messaging, content and enablement.
• Enable sales with pitch decks, demos, one-pagers and competitive intel.
• Turn customers into advocates with case studies, testimonials and references.
• Build the content engine: blog, newsletter, social, conferences.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate technical capability into customer value.
• Set up systems and rhythms so marketing runs reliably at scale.
