Job summary

FleetWorks Technology is building an AI-first marketplace to match carriers and brokers at scale. We’re seeking a Product Manager who has shipped category-defining products and thrives in ambiguity, partnering with the CEO to refine vision and execution for our broker AI products.

You’ll own end-to-end roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, operations, and GTM, and set high bars for learning, measurement, and impact as the platform scales to hundreds of thousands of AI interactions per day.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building category-defining products.
• Experience with AI-first data environments.
• Strong customer-facing experience and change management.
• Owner mindset with high judgment and ability to operate close to the work.

Responsibilities

• Refine vision, strategy, and roadmap for broker AI products with founders.
• Drive end-to-end execution with engineering, operations, and GTM to ship and learn.
• Set the bar for product excellence as we scale product and team.
