Job summary

Greylock Partners is seeking an exceptional early-career product designer to work directly with founders and the engineering team in the Bay Area. You’ll shape a new AI-native enterprise product from the ground up, turning ambiguous problems into intuitive experiences.

You should have 3–5 years of experience with strong craft in product, interaction, and visual design, and be excited by 0→1 challenges. This is a hands-on, founding-role opportunity with ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product design experience with strong craft.
• Experience shaping early-stage products and meaningfully impacting outcomes.
• Ability to turn messy, ambiguous problems into tangible experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders and engineers to shape the product from the ground up.
• Prototype rapidly, test ideas, and ship features with quality.Own the end-to-end product experience from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate across disciplines to define user needs and solve for them.
