Greylock Partners leads a seed-stage AI startup in San Francisco seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the product from the ground up. The role centers on defining vision, aligning with the founders, and translating insights into a scalable enterprise platform.

You will own the product roadmap, collaborate across disciplines, and drive early-stage product decisions in a fast-paced environment. This in-office position offers the opportunity to define a new category of decision intelligence

Lead Product Manager | Seed-Stage AI Startup | San Francisco

We recently invested in an exciting seed-stage AI company that's reimagining how enterprises make critical business decisions.

The company is building an AI-native decision intelligence platform, combining proprietary data, advanced AI models, and agentic workflows to transform how organizations understand their customers, evaluate opportunities, and make high-stakes decisions.

Led by an accomplished founding team with deep experience in AI/ML, enterprise technology, and scaling businesses, the company is looking for its first product leader to help shape the product from the ground up.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of experience spanning product management and market research/customer insights
• Deep expertise in research methodologies, surveys, and insights platforms
• Experience building and shipping B2B enterprise products
• Strong product judgment, a builder mentality, and excitement for early-stage environments

This is a unique opportunity to own the product vision and roadmap, partner directly with the founders, and help define an entirely new category of enterprise software.
