Job summary

Greylock Partners seeks a Head of Design to own and shape the product experience from the ground up. This is a highly hands-on leadership role, setting vision and standards while also designing core product experiences, prototyping ideas, and shipping in collaboration with the founders and engineering team.

You will shape the entire developer experience, from core UI to APIs, SDKs, and other surfaces, and establish scalable design language and systems as the company grows while remaining deeply

Qualifications

• Experience leading design for 0→1 B2B, infrastructure, developer, or technically complex products.
• Exceptional product thinking with ability to translate complexity into intuitive experiences.
• Proven hands-on ability to design and ship products.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the product experience from the ground up as a hands-on leader.
• Set the design vision and standards, prototype ideas, and ship core flows.
• Partner with founders and engineering to build scalable design systems and language.
• Lead the developer experience from UI to APIs, SDKs, and related surfaces.
