We recently invested in an exciting early-stage AI startup that's reimagining how enterprises make critical business decisions.

The company is building an AI-native decision intelligence platform, combining proprietary data, advanced AI models, and agentic workflows to transform how organizations understand their customers, evaluate opportunities, and make high-stakes decisions.

Led by an accomplished founding team with deep experience in AI/ML, enterprise technology, and scaling businesses, the company is looking for its first design hire to shape the product experience from the ground up.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of product design experience, ideally across B2B or enterprise software
• Exceptional UI/UX and visual craft, with experience simplifying complex, data-rich workflows
• Experience designing AI-powered or conversational products
• A hands-on, versatile designer who can own everything from product UX and design systems to web and brand
• Strong product instincts and excitement for building at the earliest stages
