Job summary

Greylock is seeking a Head of Design to own and define the product experience from the ground up. This highly hands‑on leadership role will set the design vision and standards while actively designing core product experiences, prototyping ideas, and partnering with founders and engineering to ship.

You will shape the full developer experience, from core UI to APIs, SDKs, and other surfaces, establishing a scalable design language and systems for the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design for early-stage, infrastructure or technically complex B2B products.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft with a portfolio showing end-to-end work.
• Track record of hands-on contribution while leading a design function.
• Ability to drive user insight into product strategy, flows, prototypes and launches.
• Experience partnering with founders, product and engineering teams.
• Judgment to shape design direction as the company scales.
