a1mobile is seeking a Product Designer to own the design of the app end to end, from onboarding and the AI assistant to calls, messages, and settings. You'll set the direction for our product experience and work side by side with the engineers who build it.

This hybrid, San Francisco-based role requires shipping mobile product work, building a design system in Figma, and turning complex flows into simple journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience of the mobile app, including onboarding, calls, messages, and the AI assistant.
• Map flows and information architecture to create clear journeys.
• Design how users interact with AI and how actions inform the business.
• Build and maintain the design system and component library in Figma with accessibility baked in.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship designs and keep Figma in sync with the product.
• Talk to customers, run usability tests, and use analytics to determine improvements.
