Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience required.
• Minimum five years of residential plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and replacements.
• Oversee the daily operations of the plumbing department.
• Develop service procedures, pricing guidelines, and operating standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience on every job.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to improve productivity.
• Review completed jobs for workmanship, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and support plumbing technicians.
• Assist in expanding the plumbing team as the department grows.
• Partner with leadership to achieve company goals.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, professionalism, and quality.
• Track department performance and implement accountability measures.
