We are locally owned residential HVAC and home performance company serving homeowners across the Phoenix metro area. We're seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to launch and lead our new residential plumbing division.

This is a unique opportunity to build a department from the ground up. You'll combine hands-on plumbing work with leadership responsibilities, helping create operational procedures, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop a high-performing plumbing team. Working directly with company ownership, you'll have significant influence over hiring, training, department standards, and long-term growth.

Compensation

$85, 000 - $120,000 annually (based on experience) plus performance bonuses

• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Comfortable using technology; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
