Job summary

AgentMail is building the identity layer for AI agents, starting with email. We are seeking a founding PLG and Community Lead to own the growth engine—building communities, running experiments, and turning builders into activated users.

You will manage budgets, shape content across Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and X, and design rapid funnel experiments using PostHog. Expect a fast-paced environment with deep technical problems and frequent collaboration with founders in SF.

Qualifications

• Willing to own and budget PLG efforts.
• Manage Discord and Reddit presence to build trust with builders.
• Define posting strategy for LinkedIn and X.
• Design activation experiments using PostHog.
• Lead events program: hackathons and conferences in SF.
• Cultivate UGC and social content.
• Launch amplification across all channels.
• Ship fast from idea to live test.

Responsibilities

• Own and allocate budget for PLG efforts across channels.
• Manage community presence on Discord and Reddit to build credibility.
• Plan and execute posting strategy for LinkedIn and X to maximize activation.
• Run funnel experiments with PostHog to learn signup behavior.
• Organize events: hackathons, conferences, and SF office gatherings.
• Source and amplify builders' content for authentic engagement.
• Coordinate cross-channel launch amplification of campaigns.
• Collaborate with founders/engineers to ship experiments quickly.
