Job summary

The American Baby Company seeks a Founding Patient Experience Coordinator for our West Palm Beach clinic. You will own the front-of-house patient experience, managing check-in/out, reception, scheduling, and waiting area operations to ensure a welcoming, organized environment.

You will grow into fertility education, patient coaching, and IVF coordination as you gain experience, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical front-desk or patient coordination preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors; manage check-in and checkout.
• Support scheduling, confirmations, and basic follow-up.
• Maintain waiting room and front-desk workflows for smooth operations.
• Answer calls and route questions; coordinate with clinic teams.
• Protect patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
