Job summary

The American Baby Company is seeking a founding Fertility Nurse (RN) to join our first West Palm Beach clinic and help build the clinical foundation of the network. This in-person role supports fertility evaluation, IVF, egg freezing, and related treatment cycles.

You will work closely with physicians, APPs, embryology, and operations to educate patients, coordinate cycle starts, and maintain accurate documentation in a patient‑centered, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current Florida licensure.
• Fertility, women's health, OB/GYN experience preferred.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IVF, egg freezing, and related fertility treatment cycles.
• Educate patients on medications, injections, protocols, timelines.
• Coordinate cycle starts, monitoring visits, lab work, and follow-ups.
• Communicate treatment instructions clearly and compassionately.
• Prepare and review patient calendars, medication plans, and cycle instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, embryology, and admin teams.
