The American Baby Company is launching a founding fertility clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida, and seeks a compassionate Founding Medical Assistant to support fertility evaluations and monitoring appointments. You will assist physicians, nurses, and embryology staff, coordinate specimens, and help with basic clinical workflows.

Formación

• Certified Medical Assistants with a clinical focus, ideally in OB/GYN or fertility settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and collect, label, process, and coordinate clinical specimens.
• Room patients and prepare them for visits, monitoring appointments, and procedures.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and medications.
• Support ultrasound-monitoring workflows.
• Prepare and turnover exam and procedure rooms.
• Assist with visits and office-based procedures.
• Provide patients with basic instructions and next steps under clinician guidance.
• Support procedure-day preparation, patient flow, and recovery workflows.
