Distro in Lehi, UT is hiring a strategic Partner Manager to build and lead our partnership program from the ground up. As our first dedicated partner hire, you will identify, launch, and grow partnerships with HR tech and payroll providers to bring modern hiring tools to customers.

You will own the full partnership lifecycle, negotiate agreements, and drive pipeline while collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and customer success.

Formación

• 3–5 years in partnerships, channel management, business development, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing partnerships and growing revenue.
• Experience negotiating partner agreements for referral or revenue‑share structures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior leaders and day‑to‑day contacts.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple partners/workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Build our partner program from the ground up, including strategy, referral and revenue‑share structures, and a repeatable playbook.
• Identify, pitch, and sign new partners across HRIS, payroll, PEO, and HR tech platforms.
• Own the partnership lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and ongoing growth.
• Drive partner‑sourced pipeline and revenue against targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Lead business reviews with partners, using data to surface growth and address risks.
