Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to build and lead a new hospital in Newtown Square, PA. You will establish a gold-standard medical culture, mentor your team, and drive the business's success as an owner.

You will recruit and develop veterinarians and staff, set the hospital's standard of care in medicine, surgery, and dentistry, and partner with the Hospital Manager to grow revenue and long-term success.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2+ years of veterinary experience.
• Strong foundation in general medicine, surgery and dentistry.
• Leadership and collaboration with staff and associates.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a hospital culture focused on medical excellence and teamwork.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop associate veterinarians and paraprofessional staff.
• Set and maintain standard of care in medicine, surgery and dentistry.
