Mission Pet Health is seeking a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to establish and lead a high-caliber hospital. You will shape medical culture, mentor the team, and drive the business forward as a true owner.

The role blends clinical leadership with ownership opportunities, including equity options and a significant cash incentive plan tied to hospital growth. Based in Tacoma, WA, you will build a hospital that emphasizes medical excellence and team empowerment.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and a license in good standing to practice.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a veterinarian with a strong foundation in medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Entrepreneurial leadership and ability to mentor and develop staff; prior management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a client-first, collaborative culture and set the tone for medical excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor associate veterinarians and support staff.
• Define hospital standard of care and mentor in surgery and dentistry.
