Responsibilities

• Architect a client-first, collaborative culture and medical excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop veterinarians and paraprofessional staff.

• Partner with Hospital Manager to drive revenue growth and long-term success.
• Lead the Stevens Point clinic opening with strategic planning.
